Swing district GOP congressmen shut down phone lines, close offices amid viral town hall hecklings

Many days over the past two weeks, no one answered the phone at any of US Rep. Scott Perry’s four offices. His strategy is to avoid all interaction with constituents to avoid pushback seen at Republican town halls.
