Trump could pull funds from sanctuary states, cities under House GOP bill

Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) filed the Law Enforcement Solidarity Act in the House on Monday to condition federal funding for food, housing, health care and legal services on coordination with the Department of Homeland Security.
